Meet Amuleki Moala
Amuleki is the and operator of Pacific NW Concrete. He has over 20 years of experience in the concrete industry. His father was a concrete contractor his entire life and started having me work in concrete from a young age. After working in my father's concrete business he went on to work for a larger construction company where he focused on commercial and multifamily concrete work. After 10 years at that company, he branched out and started PNWC. As the owner of Pacific NW Concrete and a local company, he takes pride in the work we do and value fostering community partnerships. His vision is to provide the best concrete services possible and support our local economy. He would like to see growth among our community and be able to give back to those who need.

Partner and co-owner of Pacific NW Concrete. Shellsea has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. She started in a mid sized construction company working in the office as an accountant and office manager. Shellsea has an accounting degree from Portland State University and love construction! Amuleki and her decided to start our own concrete contracting business in 2021 and have had great customer satisfaction with our clients.
