Driveway Replacement Broom Finish
This project involved the complete demolition and replacement of an existing concrete driveway that was severely cracked, uneven, and experiencing settlement in multiple areas. The condition of the old driveway required full removal to properly address grading and base integrity.
Our scope of work included saw-cutting and demolition of the existing concrete, removal and disposal of all debris, re-grading of the subgrade to establish proper elevation and drainage, and installation of a new compacted gravel base to ensure long-term stability. The base was compacted to industry standards prior to forming.
Once the site was properly prepared, new forms were set, reinforcement installed as required, and a new concrete driveway was poured and finished with a broom finish to provide durability and slip resistance. Control joints were installed to help minimize future cracking.
The entire project was completed over a 5-day period in January 2026, resulting in a clean, structurally sound, and visually improved concrete driveway built for long-term performance.
