Patio & Walkway Replacement – Portland, Oregon

This project included the demolition and removal of an existing concrete patio and walkway, followed by preparation of the subgrade and installation of a compacted crushed rock base. New forms were installed to establish proper layout and drainage before placing and finishing the concrete.

The new patio and walkway were completed with a broom finish, providing a clean, slip-resistant surface suitable for everyday use. Control joints were installed to help manage natural concrete shrinkage, and the project concluded with final cleanup of the work area.
